The Tracy Hospital Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the quality of health in the Tracy community. It supports the health and well being of the community by connecting resources to the needs of the local area. Through gifts from individuals, corporations, and fund raising events, the Foundation finances and operates projects that are designed to have the greatest benefit to the community. Some of these community projects include new health care services, school-based CPR for Kids Program, health education programs and funding of numerous grants.
