Step 2: Consult with Necessary Professionals

Step 3: Decide on Legal Structure

  • Sole Proprietorship
  • Partnership
  • LLC
  • S-Corp. vs. C-Corp.

Step 4: Verify and File Fictitious Business Name Statement
