Program Goals
The goal of Leadership Tracy is to expand the leadership skills of residents and business owners by providing them with the opportunity to participate in interactive exercises that will increase their knowledge and influence in the community. Leadership Tracy is an educational forum in which participants will look at all the integral components of a city and have the opportunity to understand how to get involved in each area. Participants will have access to influential leaders in Tracy and will be able to make connections with other members who are impacting the community.
