Ready, Set, Start Blogging!
The time has come! I am officially tired of hearing only my thoughts and opinions in my blog post (LOL). But seriously, since I started this blog, my goal was to reach out to other guest bloggers who could CONTRIBUTE some great advice and information to our members. While I like to think I have all the answers (typical woman), it turns out I don’t and that’s where YOU come into play. I want YOU to be my next guest blogger!
What Traits am I Looking for in a Guest Blogger?
- Honesty/Sincerity
- Expertise in field of business/career
- Humor (okay totally optional; not a deal-breaker)
- Willingness to share information to help others
That’s all! I am certain YOU would fit all of the traits described above, and for this reason I want to ask you to put some serious thought in submitting a blog article that I can share through this blog. What’s in it for you? Well that’s easy, you TOO can help add value to others. Join me in my mission to spread the message of: “You are not alone in business!” I am a huge believer in learning from others’ experiences and ideas and feel this blog would significantly benefit from adding some great guest bloggers.
How Can You Become a Guest Blogger?
Easy, email me at svalenzuela@tracychamber.org and let me know what topic of interest you would like to write about. For now, I am asking for a minimum of 300 words for the blog with some great images and photos to entertain our readers. As for content, I have a great team of experts around me who suggest topics for me so I have added some of them here to get your “wheels turning”:
Write a blog article that describes how to:
- raise capital
- land a meeting with decision makers
- convert prospects into clients
- determine advertising ROI
- activate customers as ambassadors
- foster customer loyalty
- pick the right marketing channels
- establish a 5-year strategy
- identify your greatest business risks
- fire a bad apple (without getting sued)
- navigate healthcare
